Any candidate for the trip had to provide a certificate of his religion before being allowed to embark.
At each departure of the boat, the Admiralty of Guyenne established the list of passengers with some elements of their identity and their destination.
In total more than 17,800 passengers between 1713 and 1787. Each passenger is represented by his last name, first name, description, place of origin, departure date, destination, name of his ship and its captain.
